Corporate Performance Programme, delivered Australia-wide

When Good People Aren't Operating At Their Best

A practical one-day performance programme for teams under sustained pressure. Delivered on-site, anywhere in Australia.

20 minutes. No obligation. If it's not the right fit, George will tell you.

Does this sound familiar?

They're Still Performing. They're Just Not Operating At Their Best.

Sustained pressure doesn't usually announce itself. It shows up quietly, in the way people make decisions, the energy they bring into a room, how much is left over for anyone at home.

Think about the people you rely on most. Are they still delivering, but needing more from themselves to get there?

The Standard Stays High, The Cost Goes Up

Good people keep meeting expectations. It's just taking more out of them to get there.

Decisions Get Slower, Or Sharper

Under sustained pressure, judgement shifts, sometimes to hesitation, sometimes to a short temper.

The Recovery Time Shrinks

A weekend used to be enough to reset. Increasingly, it isn't.

It Follows People Home

What gets carried out of the office doesn't always stay there.

None of this means someone is failing, and it doesn't mean burnout. It means pressure has been sustained for long enough to start changing how they operate. That's exactly where this programme is built to help.

Why it matters to the organisation

Why It Matters To The Organisation

When capable people stop operating at their best, the impact rarely stays with one person. It can show up in decision quality, prioritisation, team interactions, management load and the amount of energy required simply to maintain performance.

The programme is designed to help people recognise those patterns earlier and respond more deliberately, before sustained pressure becomes a bigger organisational problem.

A gap in most development

Most Development Teaches People How To Lead. Not How To Operate Under Pressure.

Organisations invest heavily in teaching people how to lead, sell, manage and execute. Far less time goes into teaching people how to recognise and manage themselves when pressure is sustained over months, not just during one hard week.

This programme sits in that gap. It's not a replacement for leadership development or the support already available through your existing employee programmes. It's the layer in between: practical, structured, and focused on how someone actually operates day to day.

It isn't therapy, counselling or a mental health service. It's a practical performance programme focused on how people operate when pressure is sustained.

The Executive Performance Programme

A Practical One-Day Performance Programme

A practical one-day performance programme that helps people recognise pressure patterns earlier, make more deliberate choices under pressure, understand their impact on others and leave with a structured 90-day plan to apply what they learn.

Delivered on-site anywhere in Australia.

Who it's for

Built For Teams Under Pressure, Not Just Leadership Teams

The person who books this programme is often senior. The people who attend it don't have to be.

• Executive and leadership teams

• Management teams

• Sales teams

• Operations and project teams

• Finance and functional teams

• Emerging leaders and high-potentials

• Cross-functional cohorts brought together for a specific reason

• Business owners and senior professionals

This Programme Tends To Get Booked In One Of Four Situations

• Reactive, something has already happened and you want to get ahead of it

• Proactive, a good team is running hard and you want to protect how they're operating before it costs you

• Developmental, part of a planned leadership or team development calendar

• Event-led, a conference, offsite or team day where this is the anchor session

If none of those sound right, the shortest way to find out is a conversation, not a guess.

What participants develop

Four Practical Shifts, Not A Long List Of Skills

Self-Awareness Under Pressure

Recognising their own early pressure patterns, before they show up as a problem.

Deliberate Response

Building a genuine gap between what happens and how they choose to respond.

Impact On Others

Understanding how they show up for colleagues, teams and family when pressure is high.

Sustained Application

Turning insight into a small number of commitments they'll actually keep, past the programme, not just on the day.

The methodology

Stop. Reset. Relaunch.

The day runs across four connected modules.

STOP, Seeing Yourself Clearly

Step back from daily pressure long enough to honestly see how you're currently operating.

RESET, Building Practical Capability

Learn and practise the tools that create a genuine gap between pressure and response.

RESET, Showing Up At Your Best

Apply that capability to how you turn up for colleagues, teams and the people at home.

RELAUNCH, Sustaining Change

Leave with a structured 90-day plan built around a small number of commitments, not a long list of intentions.

Why this programme is different

Built To Be Different, Not Just To Look Different

Modern office meeting room with a presenter speaking to a small group seated at white tables, taking notes and listening attentively in a bright, collaborative setting.

Practical, Not Theoretical

People leave with tools they can use the next time pressure shows up.

Hand writing a daily plan in a notebook beside coffee, symbolizing the programme’s focus on turning insight into five practical commitments and a structured 90‑day plan.

Built To Survive Monday

Turns insight into no more than five commitments, triggers and a 90-day plan.

Small By Design

Designed for 5 to 20 participants, maximum 20, so the room stays built for genuine participation.

Facilitator pointing at an attendee’s notebook during discussion, illustrating the programme’s principle of recognition before prescription by first understanding real business pressures.

Recognition Before Prescription

The programme starts by understanding what's actually happening in your business, not with a fixed curriculum.

Participant seated thoughtfully in a professional setting, reflecting on how pressures at work carry into home life, reinforcing the programme’s principle that work and home are connected.

Work And Home Are Connected

What gets carried out of the workplace doesn't stop at the door. This programme treats that as real, not separate.

Small team gathered around a table with laptops and notes, collaborating on real workplace challenges, reflecting the programme’s focus on tools built around actual decisions and responsibilities.

Built Around Real Work

The tools are designed around the decisions, conversations, pressure and responsibility people actually face at work.

What the organisation receives

What's Included, As Standard

Every Executive Performance Programme includes the following, as standard.

• A sponsor discovery and planning session with George before the programme, so the day is shaped around what's actually happening in your business, not delivered from a fixed template.

• A confidential pre-programme survey of participants, with anonymised themes shared with the sponsor ahead of the day.

• Case examples and scenarios tailored to your sector and context, not generic material.

• A printed personal manual for every participant to keep.

• A cohort of up to 20 participants at no additional charge.

• A structured reinforcement sequence for participants in the weeks after the programme.

• A one-page guide for line managers on how to support participants applying their 90-day plan.

Measurement and confidentiality

What Gets Measured, And What Stays Private

Relaunch measures what can reasonably be observed. That includes an opening pulse check at the start of the day, an end-of-day evaluation and structured follow-up measures in the weeks after. Where a Day 90 check-in is part of the programme, that adds a further observation point. Together, these give the organisation a genuine sense of how the day landed and whether it's translating into change, without claiming a level of proof this kind of programme can't reasonably offer.

Participants complete personal reflection and build their own 90-day plan during the day. That content stays theirs. Nothing a participant discloses during the programme is reported back to their employer, and no individual's personal plan or workbook is shared with the organisation. What the sponsor receives is high-level, aggregated and de-identified: themes and patterns across the group, not individual detail.

Programme options

One Core Programme, A Few Ways To Run It

The full-day Executive Performance Programme is the core offering and the right starting point for most organisations. Two other formats exist for when more or less is the better fit.

THE CORE PROGRAMME

THE CORE PROGRAMME

Executive Performance Intensive (half day)

A shorter format where time is genuinely limited. Useful as an introduction, or for a smaller, more contained cohort.

THE CORE PROGRAMME

Executive Performance Programme (full day)

The core programme. Built to give the day the space it needs to genuinely land.

Executive Performance Programme + 90-Day Relaunch

The full day, followed by structured 90-day accountability support for participants applying what they've learned.

For organisations wanting a more immersive, multi-day format, the 3-Day Executive Relaunch is available on request.

The right format depends on what’s actually going on in your business. A short conversation with George can help you work out which approach makes the most sense.

Investment

Investment

The right programme depends on what you're trying to address, who it's for and the level of follow-through required. Investment is discussed as part of that conversation rather than published as a flat rate. Speak with George about what you're seeing and he'll talk you through the most appropriate option.

Who's delivering it

Led By Someone Who's Actually Carried The Pressure

George facilitates every Executive Performance Programme personally. He brings more than 20 years in corporate sales and leadership, not a clinical or therapeutic background, but real experience carrying commercial responsibility and leading teams under sustained pressure.

That's a deliberate choice. This programme is grounded in real business environments, not clinical theory. George applies a framework built from the pressure of running teams and hitting numbers, the same pressure most participants in the room are carrying.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this leadership training?

Not in the traditional sense. Most leadership training focuses on leading others. This focuses on how someone operates themselves under sustained pressure, which sits underneath leadership, sales and every other capability.

Is this a wellbeing or mental health programme?

No. It's a performance programme, not a clinical or mental health service. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. If a participant needs clinical support, this programme isn't a substitute for that and George will say so.

Who is it actually for?

It's designed for people across your organisation who are operating under sustained pressure, not only senior leaders. That may include executive and management teams, sales, operations, finance, emerging leaders or cross-functional groups.

How many people can attend?

It's designed for 5 to 20 participants, maximum 20. That's a deliberate choice to keep the room genuinely participative, not a scarcity tactic.

Can it be tailored to our business?

Yes. A pre-programme survey and a sponsor discovery session shape the day around what's actually happening in your organisation and sector.

Do you deliver outside Melbourne?

Yes. The programme is delivered on-site, anywhere in Australia.

What happens after the day?

Every participant leaves with a personal 90-day plan and a structured reinforcement sequence to support them applying it. An extended 90-Day Relaunch option adds further accountability support.

Do we need to already have a burnout problem to run this?

No. Good people who are still performing well are exactly who this programme is designed for. It's meant to help before pressure becomes a bigger problem, not only after.

Is This Relevant To Your Team?

A short conversation is the best place to start. Tell George what you're seeing, what you're trying to improve and who the programme may be for. If it isn't the right fit, he'll tell you.
